How does your mailing service work?

You send in your device, we will send it back repaired!

Fill out the form below and upload the repair form.
Take a box, put your device in it together with the repair form and make sure it is well packed.
Send your device to our location: ThePhoneLab attn. mailing service, Kennemerstraatweg 104, 1815LC Alkmaar.
Upon receipt, one of our specialists will immediately examine your device and prepare a quote. We will contact you directly about this.
As soon as the agreement has been given and the payment has been received, we will immediately return the device at our expense via PostNL!

Which conditions apply?

We will send a quote after investigation. If we agree, we will proceed with the repair and we will send a request for payment of the costs incurred.
After receiving your device, we aim to return the device within 1 to 2 working days if the quotation is approved in time.
Our general terms and conditions also apply to this service.
Shipping costs: You pay there, we pay back! We bear the costs for returning the package.
We recommend that you send your order by registered mail, we are not responsible for the shipment to us.
The customer is responsible for making a backup of his or her data. It is possible that the data is lost in special cases. So always make sure you have a backup of your data.
